OVERVIEW

Available as a portable unit for operation in remote locations, as a multi-channel workstation, or a  rack-mount system for use with a remote keyboard and monitor, the ALXIII Series can fulfil all welding data logging requirements. The advance software and electronics on the ALXIII also allows the monitoring, capture and analysis of pulsed welding processes.

Dinsearch 1.00

DINSEARCH 1-00 is an electocmagnetic system for rapid, high resolution inspection of carbon steel tubes in heat exchangers, coolers, boilers and similar equipment.

Tubes from 15mm to 70mm O.D. in the usual range of wall thicknesses. A probe is pushed and pulled through each tube in turn and signals are displayed that show the state of the tube. The technique is not conventional eddycurrent, remote field eddycurrent or magnetic flux leakage.The wall of the tube is partially magnetised. Any loss of metal due to pitting, corrision, erosion or other factors, results in local variations in the Level of magnetisation within the tube wall sensors on the probe respond to these changes in the level of magnetisation within the tube wall.

Gas Flow Meter-GFM2

The GFM2 is a compact, battery powered unit which takes in line measurement of shielding gas flow. Fitted into the gas line downstream of the regulator, the unit can record gas flow data for up to 24 hours from a single charge or mains power for continuous Operation. The unit also measures the gas pressure and temperature and accounts for these variables in the final display of gas flow.

Gas Purge Monitor-GPM

The GPM features a 5.7" LCD screen for a clear view of the monitored Oxygen level.

Oxygen level can be displayed in Percent (%) or Parts Per Million (ppm) user-selectable.

The Zirconia Oxygen Sensor can measure Oxygen levels from 5% down to 0.0001% (50000 to 1ppm).

Optional inline hygrometer sensor is available for the measurement of moisture content in the purge gas from 3000ppm down to 1ppm.

Data-Logging of the Oxygen level and operation time directly on to a 4GB Pen Stick Flash Drive can be programmed by the user to record at pre-set intervals.

Gas Quality Monitor-GQM

The GQM features a 5.7" LCD screen for a clear view of the measured parameters. It is a simple and easy to use system which can be configured to measure Oxygen, Helium, Nitrogen Co2, moisture and can calculate Argon levels. Data-logging of the Gas levels is logged directly on to a 4GB Pen Stick Flash Drive along with the test date and time.

The GQM is housed in a rugged but lightweight plastic case. It is battery powered but can be powered directly from a mains supply.

This portable battery powered monitor enables the pre-production setting and recording of consumable electrode feed rates for automated welding processes. thus giving a predictable welding current for a given wire size and feed speed.
