PFINDER 800

COLOUR CONTRAST PENETRANT (RED + FLUORESCENT)

DESCRIPTION

PFINDER 800 is a hydrocarbon-free, directly water-washable and readily biodegradable colour

contrast penetrant (red + fluorescent) for crack detection of surfaces. Due to its removability

PFINDER 800 provides a low residual background even on rough surfaces and therefore a userfriendly

interpretability of the indications.

PFINDER 800 is qualified for penetrant testing at temperatures between -20°C to +100°C

(temperature of work part) accoring to EN ISO 3452-5 and EN ISO 3452-6.

PFINDER 860

COLOUR CONTRAST PENETRANT (RED)

DESCRIPTION

PFINDER 860 is a directly water-washable colour contrast penetrant (red) for crack detection of

surfaces. Due to its removability PFINDER 860 provides a low residual background even on rough

surfaces and therefore a user-friendly interpretability of the indications.

PFINDER 860 is qualified for penetrant testing at temperatures between -20°C to +90°C

(temperature of work part) accoring to EN ISO 3452-5 and EN ISO 3452-6.

PFINDER 871

WET DEVELOPER

DESCRIPTION

PFINDER 871 is a solvent-based wet developer for penetrant testing. It is suitable for colour

contrast and fluorescent penetrant testing.

PFINDER 871 can be wiped off from the surface or easily removed with water after testing.

PFINDER 871 is qualified for penetrant testing at temperatures between -20°C to +70°C

(temperature of work part) according to EN ISO 3452-5 and EN ISO 3452-6.

Developer form d + e according EN ISO 3452-1.

PFINDER 890

REMOVER

DESCRIPTION

PFINDER 890 is a special cleaner based on isopropanol / acetone for penetrant and magnetic

particle testing. PFINDER 890 is used as precleaner for removal of oils and greases from the

surface to be tested, as approved remover of PFINDER penetrants or as remover of PFINDER

contrast paint.

PFINDER 890 is particulary suitable for general cleaning and removal of oils and greases. Material

compartibibility (e.g. for plastics) has to be checked beforehand.

Remover method C according EN ISO 3452-1.

PFINDER 900

PENETRANT (FLUORESCENT)

PENETRANT (FLUORESCENT)

PFINDER 930

WET DEVELOPER CONCENTRATE

DESCRIPTION

PFINDER 930 is a water suspendable developer concentrate for penetrant testing. PFINDER 930

is particulary used for application by immersion. An even and fine application is achieved with

immersion in an agitated suspension (ensure a sufficient circulation).

The temperature of the developer suspension should be between 60 and 70°C. The immersion time

depends on the test material and should be kept as short as possible. The developer has to be

dried by volatilisation and/or by a forced-air oven.

PFINDER 940

WET DEVELOPER CONCENTRATE

DESCRIPTION

PFINDER 940 is a water soluble developer concentrate for penetrant testing. PFINDER 940 is

particulary used for applications by immersion. An even and fine application is achieved by

immersion in the solution.

The temperature of the developer solution should be between 60 and 70°C. The immersion time

depends on the test material and should be kept as short as possible. The developer has to be

dried by volatilisation and/or by a forced-air oven.

PFINDER 945

DRY POWDER DEVELOPER

DESCRIPTION

PFINDER 945 is a dry powder developer for fluorescent penetrant testing. PFINDER 945 can be

applied to the surface by dust storm cabinet, electrostatic equipment, etc.
